Crystal is entering a remarkable new chapter with the introduction of Crystal Grace, the line’s first new ocean ship in over 25 years. Debuting in June 2028, this highly anticipated vessel represents the next evolution of the beloved Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony, blending everything loyal guests cherish with thoughtful new innovations designed for modern luxury travel.
Designed for just 650 guests across 337 suites, Crystal Grace will maintain the intimate atmosphere and exceptional service that have long defined the brand.
A Ship Designed for Space, Strolling, and Ocean Views
One of the most beloved features returning to Crystal Grace is the signature wraparound Promenade Deck, offering guests the rare opportunity to stroll entirely around the ship while enjoying panoramic sea views. This timeless feature invites slow mornings, sunset walks, and evening cocktails under the open sky, a hallmark of the classic Crystal experience.
At the heart of the ship will be Crystal Cove, the social centerpiece where guests gather throughout the day. While the space will feature a more contemporary design, it will retain the elegant atmosphere familiar to guests of Serenity and Symphony.
Crystal Cove, the Palm Court, and outdoor venues around the new Pool Bar will host themed evenings, wine-focused events, and lively celebrations, bringing a dynamic day-to-night energy to the ship.
A New Generation of Crystal Suites
Crystal’s suites have always been among the most spacious at sea, and Crystal Grace raises the bar even further. Every accommodation will feature a private veranda, along with Crystal’s signature touches: butler service, luxurious linens, and fully stocked mini-bars.
Guest feedback has played an important role in the redesign, resulting in more storage, smarter layouts, and expanded bathrooms across select categories. Notably, select suites will include both a separate bathtub and walk-in shower, creating a spa-like experience rarely found at sea.
Owner’s Suite
The newly introduced Owner’s Suite will represent the pinnacle of Crystal’s onboard accommodations. Guests can expect expansive interiors finished in marble, a grand dining area for entertaining, and a spectacular veranda larger than the suite itself. A private Jacuzzi overlooking the sea completes the experience, creating a sumptuous sanctuary at
sea.
Penthouse Suites
Crystal Grace will feature six Penthouse Suites and six Junior Penthouse Suites, each designed with contemporary elegance and generous space. Some Penthouse Suites located toward the aft of the ship will feature wraparound balconies, while others in forward and midship locations will offer spacious traditional verandas. Many suites will also include bathtubs positioned to face the ocean, bringing the outside in.
Sapphire Suites
For travelers discovering Crystal for the first time, the Sapphire Suite offers a welcoming introduction. Spacious layouts, walk-in closets, and refined bathrooms provide exceptional comfort while maintaining Crystal’s signature level of luxury.
Aquamarine Suites
Designed with a calming aesthetic, the Aquamarine Suite offers approximately 330 square feet of refined living space. Guests can choose between configurations prioritizing either additional closet space or an expanded bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower, offering flexibility depending on personal preference.
Guest Rooms
Even Crystal’s lead-in category has been thoughtfully enhanced, offering private verandas, generous storage, and walk-in showers. These rooms will also serve as a dedicated option for solo travelers, making Crystal Grace an elegant home for those exploring the world independently.
Dining That Defines Crystal
Crystal has long been celebrated for its culinary program, and Crystal Grace will continue this tradition with several standout dining experiences. Guests will find two extraordinary specialty restaurants that have become hallmarks of the Crystal experience: Umi Uma, the only Nobu restaurant at sea, and the only Beefbar restaurant at sea. Italian cuisine will shine at Osteria d’Ovidio, where menus are designed by the Michelin-starred Alajmo brothers.
For a more relaxed atmosphere, Marketplace will offer indoor and outdoor dining for breakfast and lunch, while select specialty restaurants will also feature open-air seating, allowing guests to dine beneath the stars. Even Crystal’s beloved Bistro café receives an upgrade, with gelato now included as part of the onboard experience.
Planning Your Crystal Grace Voyage
Crystal Grace will make her inaugural voyage on June 11, 2028, with early indications suggesting that her first season will explore the Mediterranean. With bookings opening in April 2026, interest is expected to be strong, particularly for inaugural sailings and the ship’s most exclusive suite categories.
