The itinerary was perfection. The hotels were incredible! The experiences and the tour guides were fantastic. We were truly blown away by the entire trip. I will never travel again without hiring you! You created the most amazing trip I’ve ever been on. We loved Sowaka in Kyoto, the Simose Art Garden was insane, Fufu Hakone was exceptional! The planning was so perfect. We met Mary Jean Tully in Rwanda a few years back and immediately connected over our love for animals. She does so much for awareness and preservation. She introduced us to Gavin Crawford, who is her Director and he navigated us through probably ten flights and hotel cancellations and got every leg of our trip perfectly organized with surprises and VIP treatment along the way. When we ran into a small issue, he woke up at 1am and worked for 1p hours straight to make sure we didn’t miss a night of our trip. Also, they got us upgraded and hooked us up with The Best of The Best guide for our entire trip! Naturally, I want to share this information for my friends and family.

Tully is just more than perfect!!! We are Europeans but only travel thanks to Tully! We made world cruises on ships where Tully had many customers! We live in Ontario and have booked numerous cruises through various US agents since 2007 for the "deals". We had heard about Tully Luxury Travel through reading Conde Nast Traveler, but assumed they handled only high-end cruises. A few years ago a fellow cruiser told us that they covered most cruise lines with very competitive prices, and excellent service, right here in Canada. They were right. We feel very comfortable with Tully as they provide deluxe service with agents always available, good value as they usually have a Tully Bonus, and it's in Canadian dollars, so currency fluctuations are not a concern. They will help you find and book your best cruise at a great price. We recommend them highly to anyone who asks.

While I have used Tully luxury travel for cruise bookings in the past, I have never used their services for land travel. My trip to Chile has been exceptional. The tours amazing and their partners at A&K have continually gone out of their way to ensure I got safely to where I needed to be, well fed and most important made me feel safe and like one of the family. This was my first trip as a solo traveler so safety was a concern of mine going into this adventure. Thank you for all that you have done.

I’m finishing lunch on the last day, and just cleaned my iPad screen with the cleaner that Gerri brought. Those tiny touches are so lovely and I love that the Tully inscription is right there.
