    Day 2: Athens - Delphi - Athens

After breakfast, embark on your first day of touring with a private driver and guide. Delphi, surrounded by the lovely woods of Mount Parnassos, is one of the most well-known and significant relics of ancient Greek civilization. The deity Zeus dispatched two eagles flying from east to west in quest of his 'Grandmother Earth' (or Gaia in Greek), and the birds met here, according to Greek mythology. As a result, the precise place became a spiritual hub of ancient Greece, dubbed "the navel of the earth." Delphi, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, was most known for being the home of the Delphic Oracle, which was consulted on major decisions across the ancient classical world. Your guide will lead you around this remarkable archaeological site, bringing to life the enthralling tales and legends of ancient Greece. After the tour enjoy a transfer back to your hotel in Athens.
