Steven Salm is the Chief Operating Officer of Tully Luxury Travel, based in Miami, where he partners with the leadership team to scale operational excellence, strengthen service delivery, and build the infrastructure required for long-term growth.
A seasoned hospitality executive and entrepreneur, Steven served as the Founder and CEO of Chase Hospitality Group as well as the Founder and CEO of PLANTA Restaurants, building destination concepts known for elevated design, disciplined execution, and memorable guest experiences. His leadership has been profiled in outlets including Forbes, Wired, CNN, and The Globe & Mail reflecting a career defined by high standards, people-first culture, and modern hospitality innovation.
During his years living in Toronto, Steven was named to Toronto Life’s 50 Most Influential Torontonians list three years in a row.
