Air Specialist
Nidhi deals directly with the airlines on behalf of all Tully clients. Her gift is her ability to find flights that work best with the travel itinerary, deftly managing schedule changes and flight cancellations. She has been working specifically in air travel for more than a dozen years with companies such as American Express, British Airways and Travel Edge, having extensive knowledge of global air networks. Knowing how things work from this angle makes it easy for her to accomplish her daily juggling act.
Never leaving anything to tomorrow what she can do today, Nidhi is always available when needed by clients and colleagues. She enjoys the varied customers she interacts with, knowing that her skills have a direct and positive impact on their travel experience. She also really enjoys the work culture at Tully, seeing how hard everyone works – and how good work gets recognized at each level of the business.
