He has first-hand experience with many U.S. states, parts of the Caribbean, and Asian urban centers such as Shanghai, Hong Kong and Tokyo. Formerly a certified chef, John has ample hospitality experience and uses this knowledge to channel clients toward the best gastronomic experiences he can find.
