Melissa started with Tully Luxury Travel as a co-op student in the Travel and Tourism program at Sheridan College when she was just 19 – and she has been working with Tully for the past 16 years. She enjoys interacting with people who have a plan in the back of their mind, a nugget or notion of what’s to come. She then coaxes that from them, unfolding the ideas and adding in the place names, so that a fun and fully-formed itinerary emerges – one that mirrors their initial inkling. She has made a lot of friends in the business this way, with many clients relying on her personal touch.

Melissa’s partner relationships are paramount to the process, too, helping her clients realize their dream vacation with ease. She is so appreciative of the many people behind the scenes who support all the travel plans she makes, able to quickly assist her with any questions or situations that may arise.
