After graduating from Humber College with a diploma in Travel and Tourism, Kelly joined Tully Luxury Travel in 1996 and has been instrumental in the company's growth and evolution for nearly three decades. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of leadership roles across the organization, developing deep expertise in both the operational and client-facing aspects of the business. In 2025, she was appointed Vice President of Company Operations.

Today, Kelly leads strategic initiatives that support the continued growth, efficiency, and long-term success of the organization. She works closely with teams across the business to strengthen operations, foster collaboration, and ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and advisors. Known for her approachable leadership style, operational expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence, Kelly has played a key role in building and supporting one of North America's most respected luxury travel organizations.

A passionate traveler herself, Kelly believes travel has the power to inspire, connect, and create lifelong memories. She especially enjoys exploring the world with her husband and daughters, whether on land or at sea.
