Julie Boucher, CPA, CMA, is a bilingual finance executive with more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience at the intersection of luxury travel and high-growth commerce. As CFO and a Board Member of Tully Luxury Travel, Julie oversees all financial, HR, and administrative operations, reporting directly to the Chairman of the Board.

Known for her ability to navigate complexity with clarity, Julie has a proven track record of guiding organizations through critical inflection points, including leading Tully through the unprecedented challenges of the pandemic. Prior to joining Tully, she held senior finance leadership roles at Flight Network and TravelBrands Inc. (formerly Thomas Cook North America), where she led large cross-functional teams, drove multi-million-dollar cost-saving initiatives, and built the financial infrastructure that supported high-volume travel operations. Julie was recently appointed to TICO's newly established Industry Advisory Council, where she will serve a three-year term.
