Sandra and Loretta of Tully Luxury Travel are outstanding. We've used them for three voyages already, and we would not take a cruise without going through them. Normally, we handle our own flights and hotels, but this time life got in the way and we asked Sandra to handle all of that a bit late, and she took care of everything, quickly, masterfully, and cordially. A few years ago we flew to Stockholm to embark on a cruise, and while Sandra booked the hotel and our transfer, we booked our flights. We were weather-delayed by about six hours leaving the States, but Sandra tracked our flight and made sure our transfer driver was there waiting for us in Stockholm. It was a great relief. Our shipmates have been impressed and envious of the tours and excursions we booked through Loretta and Sandra of Tully because they were so much better and luxurious than the tours and excursions offered through the cruise line. We've also noticed that all of the transfer drivers Tully booked for us in Europe were either ex-law enforcement or ex-military special operators. I don't know if that was intentional, or coincidence, but it added a nice level of comfort.
