Clive Jacobs is a British born entrepreneur, investor and media owner with more than four decades of experience founding, scaling and leading businesses across the travel, car rental, hospitality, luxury travel, publishing, events and digital media sectors. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for identifying emerging market opportunities, challenging conventional business models and creating companies with international reach and lasting impact. 

He is best known as the Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of Holiday Autos, the company that pioneered the pre-bookable, pre-paid, fully inclusive car rental model. Under his leadership, Holiday Autos grew from a startup into one of the world’s largest independent leisure car rental distributors, operating in more than 30 countries and generating annual revenues in excess of £200 million prior to its acquisition by lastminute.com plc in 2003. 

As Executive Chairman and majority shareholder of Tully Luxury Travel, Clive has led the company’s evolution into one of North America’s leading luxury travel brands. Since joining the business in 2014, he has overseen its strategic repositioning, including its rebrand from Cruise Professionals to Tully Luxury Travel and guided a fivefold expansion in the business while strengthening its reputation for bespoke luxury journeys and exceptional cruise expertise. 

Clive is also Founder and Chairman of Jacobs Media, an international portfolio of media, events and community brands serving the global travel, hospitality and luxury sectors. Under his leadership, the business has expanded internationally and earned widespread recognition, including the Queen’s Award for Enterprise. His career has been defined by serial entrepreneurship, innovation, strategic investment and international expansion. In addition to his commercial interests, Clive actively supports charitable initiatives, mentors emerging entrepreneurs and invests in businesses serving sophisticated global audiences.
