I have two favorites: The Eden Rock in St. Barths is surrounded by beautiful white-sand beaches. All of the rooms have a view of the clear blue sea and have been individually designed by Jane Matthews. The Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in the south of France has no equal – the service is incomparable. There is little wonder why it attracts all the Hollywood A-listers and has such a glamorous reputation. It’s definitely pricey, but it’s always fully booked and for a good reason – they deliver.
