This whirlwind adventure leaves no part of the Kenyan Savannah overlooked. Visitors begin in Nairobi learning about the various new enterprises and conservation efforts in Kenya, before flying to Segera for game drives galore – two or more each day. This rich, historic savannah is filled with lions, leopards, hyaenas and elephants, buffalos, giraffes, zebras, and monkeys. After a night in the Segera Treehouse, you fly out to Masai Mara and head on to the Serengeti National Park and the Singita Mara River Camp for two nights of pure wildlife entertainment. You simply won’t believe your eyes.

Day 1

Nairobi

Day 1 – Nairobi

After being welcomed to Nairobi by our team, you will be transferred to your hotel for a delicious dinner.

Day 2 – Nairobi

After breakfast, you can enjoy a soothing spa treatment. Lunch will be served at the hotel before you head off to a private tour to learn all about the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, founded to honor the late Kenyan farm and park warden David Sheldrick. Afterward, you return to the hotel to enjoy a wonderful dinner, with the rest of your evening at leisure.

Day 3 – Nairobi

Breakfast at the hotel is followed by an optional visit to local women’s enterprises for a look at ethical shopping in the area. After, you will be transferred to Giraffe Manor where you will stay for one night. Enjoy high tea with Giraffes.

Day 4 – Nairobi - Laikipia

After an early breakfast with the giraffes, you transfer to Wilson Airport for your flight to Segera. After lunch at your ecolodge, you depart for an afternoon game drive culminating in sunset cocktails. Dinner is back at the lodge.

Day 5 – Laikipia

Enjoy your morning coffee on an early game drive before returning to the lodge for breakfast. Take in some downtime in the spa or pool before a light luncheon. Your afternoon is spent walking in the wilds with a guide, before heading back to the lodge for a delicious evening meal.

Day 6 – Laikipia

A morning sightseeing tour by vintage plane – from the movie Out of Africa – is the perfect start to your day. Breakfast at the lodge follows this up, along with some downtime at the pool or in the spa. After lunch, another stunning afternoon game drive is on the agenda. After a specially prepared dinner at the lodge, you retreat to spend one night in the Segera Treehouse.

Day 7 – Laikipia - Serengeti

An early morning game drive with your coffee gives way to breakfast at the lodge. Guests then fly from the Segera to Masai Mara before transferring to the Serengeti National Park. Lunch is served at your new home base, the Singita Mara River Tented Camp. Lunch there is followed by an afternoon game drive. When this long day of exploration and adventure draws to a close, you head back to the lodge for a delicious dinner.

Day 8 – Serengeti

Enjoy coffee at the lodge before heading out on a morning game drive. Refuel with breakfast and then have a bit of time to yourself. Lunch will be served at the lodge, followed by an exquisite wine-tasting experience. Later, dinner is served at the lodge, with the evening free.

Day 9 – Serengeti

After a morning game drive and breakfast, it’s time to depart this wonderful land for your flights to first Nairobi and then on homeward. Until next time!
